You are invited to visit the St. Mary Folklore Family Museum,
a historically interesting site located on St. Mary's Parish
grounds. Mannequins dressed in costumes of the countries
from which our parishioners originated are displayed. The
Folklore Museum also houses artifacts showing our parish's
diverse cultural blend:
- African-Americans
- Mexicans
- Columbians
- Nicaraugans
- Costa Ricans
- Puerto Ricans
- Cubans
- Phillippinos
- Guadelupanas
- Guatemalans
- Salesians
- Jamaicans
Interesting news clippings about our parish history, pictures
of the many diocesan priests and religious who have helped
our parish, relics, stones from Jerusalem, and historical
information on the 1928 hurricane and flood in the area
are on display.
